Mama Meets


Our Mama Meets are all about easy connection, real support and a little treat along the way (and yes — they’re always free). Each week we head out for a relaxed walk, then gather at one of our favourite coffee spots, a picnic in the park, or back at Mamahood HQ for coffee and cake. Along the way, we also offer free sling try-ons and a calm, safe sensory space for little ones to explore.

It’s a chance to get some fresh air, have proper chats and build genuine friendships with other mums who get it. Whether you’re looking for support, a friendly catch-up, or just a good reason to leave the house, you’re always welcome — babies, bumps and toddlers included. We’re also excited to be growing these sessions to include guest speakers in the near future.
