Infant Feeding Support – Prenatal & Postnatal

Whether you're preparing to feed your baby or navigating the early weeks after birth, I'm here to support you with warmth, clarity, and zero judgement.

I offer 1:1 online and in-person feeding support that’s inclusive, responsive, and always tailored to your family’s needs—whatever your feeding goals may be.

Prenatal Feeding Preparation (Online)

Planning ahead can make feeding feel more manageable, less overwhelming, and more instinctive.

This relaxed and informative session will help you:

  • Understand how breastfeeding and bottle feeding work

  • Learn newborn feeding cues and normal behaviours

  • Explore positions, latching tips, and first feeds

  • Prepare for combination feeding or expressing if needed

  • Build confidence and make informed choices

Best from 32 weeks onward. Open to all expectant parents, including solo, LGBTQ+, and surrogate/adoptive families.

Postnatal Feeding Support (Online or In-Person)

Feeding a new baby can feel intense, emotional, and unpredictable. I'm here to help you feel more supported and more in control—wherever you're at.

Support can include:

  • Feed observation and latch/position help

  • Bottle feeding and combination feeding guidance

  • Expressing support and building a feeding plan

  • Emotional support for overwhelm or anxiety

  • Help understanding what's normal (and what’s not)

In-person sessions available in local area.
Online support available UK-wide.

A Fully Inclusive Approach to Feeding

Feeding isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither is my support.

Whether you're:

  • Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, chest feeding, inducing lactation, combination feeding, or expressing

  • A first-time parent, solo parent, adoptive or surrogate family

  • Recovering from previous trauma or simply figuring it out as you go

…you’re welcome here.

This is a safe, non-judgemental space where your baby’s needs and your wellbeing are both equally important. I will support your choices with care and evidence-based guidance.
