Out of that real-life parenting chaos came The Mighty Mamahood & MotherRucker — two connected spaces supporting parents and babies across Worthing and West Sussex.

The Mighty Mamahood is where you’ll find relaxed, welcoming baby & toddler classes, baby spa experiences, pre and postnatal support, workshops, meet-ups and much more all based in Central Worthing. We support both you and your baby equally. Nothing forced, nothing awkward — just a genuine, friendly, fun space.

MotherRucker is our baby wearing arm — an ever-growing, judgement-free sling library and baby wearing support service in Worthing. We offer expert consultations, sling hire and fittings from newborn right through to toddlers and big kids. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or wondering if carrying is still an option later on — we’ve got you.

Everything we do is run, taught and funded by us. We’re not a franchise or a faceless national brand, and you’re never “just another booking”. We take time, listen properly, and tailor support to real families.
